How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so that you can follow your package while it's on the road!

How do I place an order online with NATURAL PRODUCT HOLDINGS

Ordering online with Natural Product Holdings is quick and easy, see the simple steps below:

1. Browse the products by using the top navigation menu bar.

2. Add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart by selecting the product size, colour and quantity first.

3. Once you've filled your basket with your lovely eco-wear selections and are ready to place your order, click "Checkout" and you will find a summary of your order.

4. Complete your billing and shipping address information and add a promo or gift voucher code if you have one.

5. Continue to Shipping Method, then to Payment Method - this will provide multiple payment options. Select the one you'd like to use and confirm whether your billing address and shipping address are the same.

6. Once you've placed your order and made payment, you will be taken to a confirmation page.

A confirmation message will be sent to your provided email address following your order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking link so that you can keep updated on the status of your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

You will receive your order within 2-5 working days.

How do I apply a promo code to my order?

See below for 2 easy steps to redeem your promo code:

1. A discount or promo code can be applied to your Shopping Cart by firstly clicking the green Checkout Button in your cart:

2. This will take you to the checkout page where you can simply enter your unique Discount Code on the right of your screen where it says " DISCOUNT CODE". Then click Apply:

Please note: Only one reward or voucher code can be applied per purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use the local service provider PayFast to process our online payments and accepts payments using Visa and Mastercard. PayFast also offers an instant EFT payment option. We also offer PayJustNow.

At time of checkout, simply choose your preferred payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. Your credit card will only be charged once you have selected to proceed with your order.

How does PayJustNow work?

PayJustNow is a simple, easy-to-use payment system.

Here’s how it works:

PayJustNow allows you to pay for your purchase over 3 equal, zero interest instalments. You’ll pay one instalment at the time of purchase, the next at the beginning of the following month and the last one a month thereafter.

Step 1:
Browse your favourite online stores and proceed to check-out.

Step 2:
Choose PayJustNow as your payment method.

Step 3:
Create your account as easily as if your eyes were shut (though we’d recommend you keep them open).

Step 4:
Complete your purchase and whoop for joy!

Shipping & Delivery

Can I provide a PO Box address for delivery?

We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.

Can I send my order to someone as a gift?

Yes of course! If you'd like to make a purchase for someone, please make sure to update the shipping address at checkout to the gift recipient's address, you can also send them a personalised note on our very special grow cards.
Just add a note on the My Cart page in the special instructions box for us to write for you, or Contact Us with your order no and message you’d like us to include.

How much does shipping cost?

We're proud that orders over R900 are shipped free* within South Africa.

Additional R300 for all Power Stations, Plots, Farms, Remote Areas, Consulates and Embassies.

R99.95 standard shipping for all orders under R900. Receive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping to Power Stations, Plots, Farms, Remote Areas, Consulates and Embassies will be R300 for orders under R900.

When will I receive my order?

From order confirmation, your order will arrive within 5-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong colour or style, or you have simply changed your mind, you will be able to return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, unopened and in their original packaging.

Please note that for health and safety reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged, tried on or returned unless faulty. Oral care and skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened or the seal broken.

Please note that if you are returning or exchanging items purchased online you are responsible for the returning of the goods back to us, unless the product is faulty or damaged. Natural Product Holdings cannot take responsibility for items not received. If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us and we gladly assist you.

Returns and exchanges to and from areas other than main centres will incur a surcharge of the following:

• Regional Areas: R125.00
• Power Stations/Plots/Farms: R195.00
• Remote Areas & Townships: R295.00
• Consulates: R395.00

*Should you not be satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund please note that it will take 5-7 working days on average to process a refund.

Our accredited manufacturing partners have been selected wisely after a long and careful process to ensure that our values and ethics are translated throughout the entire production process. We looked for factories that have a long term commitment to quality, the wellbeing of their workers and who can also guarantee a reduced footprint on the environment. 

Is Natural Product Holdings environmentally friendly?

We are passionate about having the lowest possible environmental footprint for both our garments and supply chain, and continuously re-assess our processes and supply partners.

Where are Natural Product Holdings products manufactured?

We spent many months searching for factories globally with the rights skills and equipment required to create products that we can put our Natural Product Holdings stamp of approval to, but also meet our strong requirements for sustainable production and ethical manufacturing. We now work closely with a number of manufacturers in the USA, Australia, Italy and China.
