Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Our orders are processed and shipped quickly. If you need to make changes to your order (for incorrect size, colour, product or quantity) please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can see what we can do to help!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so that you can follow your package while it's on the road!

How do I place an order online with Loved by Nature?

Ordering online with Loved by Nature is quick and easy, see the simple steps below:
1. Browse the products by using the top navigation menu bar.
2. Add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart by selecting the product size, colour and quantity first.
3. Once you've filled your basket with your lovely eco-wear selections and are ready to place your order, click "Checkout" and you will find a summary of your order.
4. Complete your billing and shipping address information and add a promo or gift voucher code if you have one.
5. Continue to Shipping Method, then to Payment Method - this will provide multiple payment options. Select the one you'd like to use and confirm whether your billing address and shipping address are the same.
6. Once you've placed your order and made payment, you will be taken to a confirmation page.
A confirmation message will be sent to your provided email address following your order.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking link so that you can keep updated on the status of your order.

How long does it take to process my order?

You will receive your order within 2-5 working days.
