Can I provide a PO Box address for delivery?

We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.

Can I send my order to someone as a gift?

Yes of course! If you'd like to make a purchase for someone, please make sure to update the shipping address at checkout to the gift recipient's address, you can also send them a personalised note on our very special grow cards.
Just add a note on the My Cart page in the special instructions box for us to write for you, or Contact Us with your order no and message you’d like us to include.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse so that you can follow your package while it's on the road!

How much does shipping cost?

We're proud that orders over R500 are shipped free* within South Africa.

Additional R145 for all Power Stations, Plots, Farms, Remote Areas, Consulates and Embassies.

R85 standard shipping for all orders under R500. Receive within 5-7 business days.

Shipping to Power Stations, Plots, Farms, Remote Areas, Consulates and Embassies will be R230 for orders under R500.

From order confirmation, your order will arrive within 5-7 working days.
